A little  bit of a stretch.  An EU country, events that happened in the
90's and some how this is connected to President Bush?  How much different
was Mr. Berlusconi's relationship with the EU leaders then with President
Bush? I don't remember him being shunned there.  Most likely more meetings
with EU leaders then US leaders.
