Oh, it does make a perfect match.  I found my copies through the
national FOR-SALE echo which, since I am in Korea, I don't currently
get.  It is a matter of keeping one's eyes open for the right
opportunity.
The task switching and the ability to cut and paste among GWE and other
applications was what made the combination superior to any other current
version of DOS.
I hope you are successful in locating a copy.  Both of my copies are on
machines, one of which is in use currently with my wife, and the other
on a machine currently stored for when a daughter needs it for college.
