With all due respect.....if you're on vacation and you're driving through 
Nashville and run upon a wreck that you feel compelled to take command of, do 
you have a life?  Are you married with children who are just itching to get 
to their vacation destination?  In life you cannot be a 'First Responder' 24 
hours a day, 7 days a week...you'll go nuts.  You have to weigh the risk vs. 
benefits of stopping and rendering aid.  OK, you've stopped and taken command 
of an accident scene as you're driving through my fair city.  Oh..I'm 
sorry...your personal car was just ran over by 18 wheeler whose driver had 
been up for 30 straight hours.  Think about it!!
It actually happened........here.
