It's probably not a trivial job.  Many banks aren't members and do their
international transfers via member banks.  Used to be very common in
Germany - the little "Sparkassen" used to use banks like Dresdner
and Deutsche Bank.  The destination infor is all there, but ISTR some of
the source got lost.
