Cool concept, as it has been for decades. The devil is -- as it has been
for decades with every other form of swing wing -- in getting a reliable
mechanism at a tolerable weight. You don't realize how weight-optimized a
fixed-wing airframe is for fixed-wing stresses until you put in a pivot...
