subject: How to set capslock in TSE Pro/32

From: Sammy Mitchell
Does anyone know how to set capslock on in Windows NT via a 32-bit =
console program? A customer was doing this via PokeByte with the dos =
version of TSE Pro, and wants to know how he can do this in TSE Pro/32.
The only way I can think of to do this under NT is with a dos real mode =
program that sets the byte in low memory, and call that program via the =
Dos() command.
This seems like overkill to me, but of course I can understand why =
protected mode programs can't just go changing memory they don't own. =20
Thanks for any pointers! (no pun intended!)
