LNX4FDN now includes backchannel file echos to facilitate uploads by others
to LNX4 FDN areas.

So if you have a linux game for example that you've found, or written, you
can upload it to Gert in the LNX4UPGAM by hatching it in that area and
sending it to your uplink.  From there it will get here and to Gert.
