RS> I've binned great swags of your juvenile raving where you just flaunt RS> your utter ignorance of the law. Unfortunately for you, you wont be RS> able to plead ignorance when the large footed fellows come calling. Good on you Rod! Just makes it easier for you to not have to answer each point with a valid argument! The rest of what you wrote just skipped past the point I was making. RS> RB> A legit company is built around a product &/or service. RS> RS> Pity EWI hasnt GOT a product &/or service, just a sophisticated scam which RS> makes it very difficult for those getting their pockets pumped to check up RS> on whats happening to their money, because its purportedly being spent in RS> the US. So they get to pump lots of pockets and bugger off to the Bahamas RS> where no one can touch them before too many find out that its a scam Dick. RS> Pathetic Rod! How many times will you base your *ENTIRE* argument around this same bullshit paragraph!? See my message to Lewin. Whether you agree or not is irrelevant - you infact, are irrelevant Rod! RS> RB> The simple test works like this: RS> RS> This is a pathetically useless test to identify scams Dick. RS> RS> RB> would you *buy* the product/service offered by the company RS> RB> even if you weren't in the commission-plan or if it didn't RS> RB> have one!? If yes.. then it's probably not a scam. RS> RS> Pity that EWI fails that test Dick. Its a scam anyway. RS> EWI doesn't fail that test Rod! You told me yourself that you have bought shares!!! If EWI didn't use NEtwork-Marketing to raise advertising capital then they too would have used the traditional method of a share float etc. etc. etc.!!! Not to mention the numerous other things they offer which millions of people buy or participate in whether it be a network company or not! Even without being a normal share, there are thousands, perhaps millions of people who will *buy* into such an investment (and who have done and will continue to do)! Just because you wouldn;'t buy it doesn't mean others wouldn't! Of course you still have the opinion that everything I have written is false so how can you ever know what you are writing about anyway!!! It is now a case of the blind leading the blind! RS> And that test doesnt even work with Amway, its perfectly legal, just lousy RS> value. It isnt a scam if you can do better elsewhere, just lousy value. RS> Forget Amway Rod! I know other NEtwork companies who sell a better quality product than what you can buy in a retail store and it costs less! Amway is just a greedy bunch of idiots! But then I was *only* ever using them as a reference because you agreed that they were legal. RS> Or its a more sophisticated scam and still a scam. If someone offered RS> you 15% per month interest on what you deposit, and paid that for some RS> months, it would pass your test, and would be a scam anyway Dick. It RS> is an absolutely classic Ponzi scheme where they fund that 30% interest RS> a month out of the new investors deposits, they cant possibly do that RS> for long, the whole thing implodes in no time. Illegal too. RS> This also seems to be your understanding of EWI. Pity it's only your fantasy Rod! As far as your example above goes: Before I "bought" such an investment, I would want to know how they are making such huge amounts of interest for me! When I find out that their product is simply shifting money around then there really is no product! So I would not buy it! thus it is a scam Rod.. my test did work Rod! If someone is so gullible that they believe that 15%/month crap then that's their problem! If they know how to apply my test, then my test will always work Rod! As I've said before... you can check up on companies quite easily to find out what and how they do things. EWI intentionally leaves themselves open to examination in this way by being registered with *MANY* independent organisations. RS> I never said that one wasnt a scam Dick, was just wondering if RS> Carl was benefiting financially from that scam or if he had been RS> scammed himself. I pointed out initially that it was calling the RS> Seychelles. What else could it actually be BUT a scam Dick ? RS> You still have triple standards Rod! Easy to look back on all your actions now, after seeing all that has occured now though, and give a reply like that. ----------------------------------------------------- Incase you're interested Rod, a friend of mine who I hadn't seen for about six months came over last night and told me about a thing he was involved in. It's called "joker 88" and started in Germany. Guess what.. IT IS a classic Ponzi scheme Rod! He didn't believe me that it was illegal until I showed him all the info I have here! He has only bought into it but hasn't promoted it (which he won't be now). He was just another ignorant sucker. There is a massive difference between a blatant scam like this "joker 88" thing and a legit company! Pity you don't really know what it is! (or aren't applying your knowledge!) I asked the TPC if they knew about this one.. apparently one of the people there is checking up something about it.. but they said they may not be able to do anything much about it because it comes from Germany...
