I hope they're better with DSL than SBC. Those people were frighteningly
incompetent. My neighbor's gerbils have a better level of competency.

I've never encountered such a level of uttern ineptitude, incompetence, and
sheer inability to accomplish to basics before. And when they weren't being
incompetebt, I was catching someone lying.

I am very glad to have escaped them. It was bad enough they wrote off the
equipment (I now have a spare DSL modem), they wrote off 3 months of free
service when I only had it for 6 weeks, and they waived the $200 penalty
for leaving the service early.
