I'll look into the date problem.  Brenton's managed for ages, so it's not
critical.  Messages have made it into AUST_AVTECH, so you fixed the
truncation problem there.  However, messages I would have expected you to
put in LOCUSER have been put into LOCSYSOP instead.  Sure you got it set up
right?  You can try resending your "lost" PUBLIC_DOMAIN and
AUST_AVTECH messages as well.  BFN.
