Its got usenet newsgroups in QWK format! And about 300 fido echos, and the
sysop will turn on any echo for anyone.

Not really. Our clubs BBS is closing down, and were moving to a web site.
Southern Star is the fidonet hub (or something?) for our BBS. By
coincidence sstar.com is also my ISP.
But to join Southern Star BBS makes no sense to me, its a PC
oriented BBS.
