Ops, now I've two suspects  :-)

1. One ISP said 23 port inbounds were really blocked from his side,
and NetModem doesn't change it... the other ISP I don't know.

2. The IRQ: 9 was already used by the audio device  #-), 7 seems to
be free, I'll try again with it...
