Hi, All.

Could someone who knows their way around EMX confirm or deny for me please
that the setw() iostream manipulator isn't supported? I can't seem to find
it anywhere but I always get the sneaking suspicion I am looking in the
wrong place when something like this happens.

I am currently using 0.8g but I will probably be getting 0.9 today.
