THE UFO PUBLIC NUISANCE HALL OF FAME is a JOKE! The idea is to
keep it running long enough until EVERYBODY in the whole field of
UFOs is listed. Then we all can have a laugh at the nominees, and
ourselves!
THE UFO PUBLIC NUISANCE HALL OF FAME is also an Internet Poll,
where people can voice their complaints about others, without
fear of retribution. This tends to allow everyone to speak their
mind openly.
All nominations and votes are posted anonymously so nobody knows
who voted. (With one exception-Ed)
THE UFO PUBLIC NUISANCE HALL OF FAME is a reference list where
people can find documents and articles about those
nominated/voted for. This final March 29, 1998 tally includes
hyper links to the URLs describing those nominated.
A NOTE TO THOSE NOMINATED:

(I have to say this guy must reap what he's sown. Several years ago
Boylan came to one of my lectures and soon afterward began posting
Internet messages claiming I was a government agent. Last year when I
put out requests for videos/film of UFOs, Boylan posted more Internet
messages warning that anybody who cooperated with me would  be visited
by the Men In Black or agents of the alphabet companies. I went to one
of Boylan's lectures a few months ago and he again proved himself to be
deserving of his nomination to The UFO Public Nuisance Hall Of Fame.
