subject: Desktop URLs

Is there a way to stop OS/2 from reloading NS/2 everytime I click on a
different desktop URL? I think the desktop URL idea is excellent... much
nicer than bookmarks in NS/2. But when I click on one, it loads a new copy
of NS/2 each time, which can be really annoying... Is there a way to click
on the URL and have it update the current copy of NS/2 that's already loaded?
