No. Borland has two compilers:

One for OS/2.

One for everything else.

If you only need to do OS/2, you'll be set with Borland. However....

Also, there's a bit of Powerpack nonsense that afflicts DOS users. I don't
_think_ that OS/2 users need to worry about it, though.
