   Scotland. A dry picture for the Low Countries, Germany, and Poland with
   some low cloud at times. Breezy and cloudy for Denmark, Sweden and
   Finland. Some snow for west Norway. Mostly and cloudy for the Baltic
   States, Belarus and Ukraine.
   A dry but rather cloudy day for Central Europe, but some sunny spells
   are possible for Czechia and Slovakia. Cloudy for Romania and the
   Balkans.
   A bright day for the Balearics, Sardinia and Corsica with sunny spells.
   Sunny for Italy and western Greece , but further east and over Turkiye
   rather cloudy with outbreaks of rain and sleet and snow over high
   ground. Cloudy with heavy rain and mountain snow for Cyprus.
