Those headers were turned off when the lists (os2user & os2hardware) 
were created way back when after the lists hosted by bmtmicro died, in 
order to replicate the behavious of the OLD lists.

At the time, members were in agreement on this, however I'm happy to 
open up a poll on the subject.

Myself, I just filter messages into a folder for mailing lists - and as 
new members go onto moderated posting, chances of spam from this list 
are minmscule.
