Another possibility is that these high rise complexes for the
elderly and handicapped need outlets for residents to purchase
food and other incidentals and many of the privately financed
ones do not have such an outlet. I would be a bit leery about
going into the public housing sights, but the high rise buildings
may be another possibility for randolph-shepherd locations, but
the key words here are always, "rent free and utilities free."
Why should contractors give us rent and utility free locations
when they can get rent and utilities paid by another tenant?
This may be something we will have to look at.
