I know!  I used to drive up and down the flight line visiting friends at
the various FBO's and repair facilities.  During the October CAF fly-in
week the airport wwas just thrown open to all comers.  BUT this appears
to be security consistent with Federal airport security.  At least in
McAllen (MFE) is is, with access to the flight line ONLY through
official portals (Combination locked gates) and the FBO's exits.
