That is the mailer I use.  So if this msg comes across with only 1
prefix I will say you are incorrect.  In *all* the other Y-groups I
subscribe to that have a subject prefix, I don't see multiple
prefixes when I post - specifically [ECS] is a group where this
doesn't happen when I post a reply using pmmail.  Not only that,
but in the ECS group the re: is also removed from the subject line.
 As I write this my subject line says "Re: [OS2HW] Poll results for
os2hardware".

I'd say that if this post shows up with more than one prefix and a
're:' then there is a problem with the way the sysop set up the
prefix capability (basing this comment on what I observe in the ECS
Y-GROUP).
