I tried out the V32b/MNP4 tonight as Paul requested a while back due to
the new Thunder supposedly being faster at MNP4, and the thruput was
pathetic.  About 103%, as opposed to 114% with V32b/V42/V42b.
Interesting thing is, I've hardly ever had a connection/negotiation
problem this way...
