Another developer asked the partition size question on IBM Talklink
OS2BBS to which Mary popped in with more "Sauce for the Goose".  It is
worse than we thought.

Architecturally, 64G.  Realistically < 16G.  Conservatively < 10G.

All the limitations come from CHKDSK, not HPFS.  Partitions
greater than 10G take forever for CHKDSK to complete.  Partitions
greater than 16G may never successfully CHKDSK.  These issues
are in the process of being addressed.

So we have another written confirmation of a 64G implementation limit
but it seems there were more land mines found as they looked into it.
I don't know what if anything should or can be read into her last
