Hmmm.  Never used templates, have you?  Namespaces?  Classes, for that
matter?  

One of the whole points of C++ is that it immensely improves the
readability of complex code.  I have written many things in C++ which
could _not_ have been written in C, if only because the programmer would
have shot himself before he completed the task :-).
