It's not a video presentation, as David Eckard mentioned.  It's an Open
Office 'slide' presentation with notes, similar to the deservedly
badmouthed powerpoint stuff (see the works of Edwin Tufte for a polemic on
the evils of powerpoint).

I've added burning.pdf to the ftp site, but it only has the slides, not
the notes that have a lot of the tips for installation.
