      Title: Indian Dressing
 Categories: Sauces, Salads
      Yield: 4 Servings
      3 tb Tinned milk
      5 tb Mango Chutney; sieved
    1/2    Hard boiled egg; chopped
      1 tb Crystallised Ginger; chopped
      1 tb Ginger juice
    1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper
      1 ts Curry powder
      1 sm Apple; grated
  Blend everything together until smooth.
