  Hi Paul,

     TRAP0008 is usually two errors occuring at the same time. The usual 
culprits are memory and drivers. Could you have dislodged the memory 
Dimms when installing the new drive ?  Try removing them (with 
anti-static protection of course) and re-seating them. Also if you have 
changed any drivers change back to the previous version.
