I went to the Windows show yesterday. I spoke to an IBM guy who said that
they released Algol68 compiler LAST WEEK. I asked how it was that I, on the
DAP prog had not been told, and he said 'er... well.. give me your
buisienss card, and I'll let you know!'

Hooray - the IBM world has now caught up with 1968 in real-time. Who knows,
maybe they will re-write the whole of OS/2 in Algol68 later:-)

Seriously, I cant believe anyone would undertake software development with
more than 5 programmers using C/C++ when they could use Algol68.
