I don't know if they are. But I don't know any other country where the
instruction manual of a microwave oven needs to say that you cannot dry pets in
it. I don't know any other country where you have to label coffee cups saying
that it's hot - and then get sued because the letters were too small - and even
lose that lawsuit. If a country's jurisdiction requires you to make manuals for
complete idiots, what do you expect other places in the world to think about
this country?
