I have a Supra FAXMODEM 288i, and I am having a problem with disconnects.  I 
am calling My ISP, who is running MULTITECH Modems, and during downloads or 
whatever, it just STOPS communicating.. It dosn't hang up..it just STOPS. .. 
does anyone have any idea in what is going on?!
Please Let me KNOW ASAP.. I work Tech support at CDS Internet.. and I am 
always online.. and i don't need this problem, or Im just gonna take it 
back.. ARGH
