   I run an AUTOOS2.CMD file by using the line:

SET OS2_SHELL=C:\OS2\CMD.EXE /kc:\autoos2.cmd

   In this file, I have the command:

MODE 80,30
  
   which makes the screen 80x30.  You could also do something like spawn
CMD.EXE with the parameter /kauto.cmd where auto.cmd is your autoexec-like
thing, as is my AUTOOS2.CMD.
