I'm thrilled to see any Beatle or ex Beatle perform, but unfortunately
this was not one of the better concerts.  Part of the problem was
George was clearly sick and attempting to fake it throughout the show
by not singing much and letting his back up band carry most of it. But
the audience wasn't buying it.

I remember poor George even cracked a joke. He was introducing
different members of the band . . . at some point he introduced the
horn section.  And George made some joke to the effect of, "You name
it. They'll blow anything." And the reaction of the crowd was some
tepid laughter and a few disapproving noises.
