Hello Wayne -

Sure will.

Can't entirely but turning (rotating) too fast will usually make
a popping sound every time I forget and do that.

Teach by example?

I really don't know what finally caused my knee injury. There
were several 'accidents' and a motorbike along the way. It just
got progressively worse. One doctor suggested it may have been
a bone fragment that eventually sliced up my ligament (over
time).

Depends. At one time that was a good job working for the
wholesaler as a 'rep'. Free company car, expense account, and a
decent salary depending which wholesaler you worked for. A
friend did that for ahwile and was well paid.
