nope but here's what I did find. Since this is working in BINKLEY.CFG, what
was needed was to place it here.
>Baud 38400
>Port 2
>Prefix ATDTX4
>placing it at any point in the Init string didn't work but placing it here
does
>System ÄÄÍÍ[ KBC Point 4 ]ÍÍÄÄ
