I am sure GI is trying hard these days to sell the DigiCypher II system.  Has 
anyone gotten any mail stating the benefits of DCII when it comes to getting 
on the DCII bandwagon?  I assume they are assuring programmers that go with 
DCII that everyone with VCII(+)RS will jump up to the counter and upgrade to 
4DTV and therefore be a customer for all that DCII programming.
