I mean really that places nearby from
Power plants in winter are very good, because 
there is usually an outlet for the warm water!
Therefore you can go fishing there in winter well, because
there is no ice and the water is warmed
so that the carps bite also in the winter well!
At this places the carps grow also more quickly
as otherwise because of the warm water and the
ample of food in winter, too!
