ARJ stores the shortname (DOS 8.3) in the filename field of the header and
stores the longname (Win95 name) in the comment field of the header. So old
ARJ sees the shortnames. New ARJ sees both and uses the appropriate one for
extractions.

ARJ 2.55 does not NEED ANSI.SYS loaded. It has its own ANSI handler
lt-in.
