I got all the drivers with my HP, not a 850C, for windoze and autocad. If you 
bought this new and didn't the diskettes go check in the box again. If used 
the call the person you got it from, I keep all my diskettes in a box 
separate from the manual so I might forget to give them to someone. You got a 
great printer.
