I don't think that is correct.  First they had IBM C/2, which was a
16-bit C compiler, then they had IBM Cset/2, which was 32-bit C
compiler, then they had IBM Cset++/2, which was a 32-bit C/C++
compiler.  The Cset++/2 started at version 2.0.  BFN.
