This is sorta left fieldish, but the Borland BC++ 4.5 OWL library has an
excellent set up ofr doing the sizing box (with/without handles, etc) in
their TUIHandle class.  Is should not be difficult at all to adapt it to
the OS/2 environment.  I could upload the (highly) modified class source
(in BC++ 4.5) if it would help.
