    It all depends on your phoneline,house wiring, stray rf noise
    in and around your house, Telephone co switchboard, ect.
    I connect to my ISP at 53,333..but I have a Good phone pair
    and Ground at my cabin.
    AND a pretty good modem... a usr voice external.
    BTW... my transfer rates over the internet are Slow also
    ..its the internet that does that.
