OK well any phone requiring activation in a U.S. market is no
bargain for me at the moment.  I spoke with a dear friend, the NY
Pub Services Commissioner about various rates in his state and
after explaining the zoo cellular is in the U.S. I decided Canada
has its faults, but man we have cheap cellular airtime compared
to NYC.
