I wonder if.....some GM grass pollen (inc maize, rice, barley, wheat, oats
etc) "crosses" with yours "naturally" (as polen is wont
to do) then can you "GPL" the resultant seed/genotype?

Cross breeding has always been a legitimate business & frankly our
survival as a species has depended on it.

Given grass is generally pollinated via the wind....you have a certain
element of chance/chaos involved...

"Waaall Jethro oi've got thaaaas seed y'see & it just never seems
to get much in the way of disease & gives a very good yeild......yup
that bloke at the end of the valley grew a GM crop & now moi seed is
much improoved...yop course you can buy some..."
