Either change your code page (for details of which, read the user manual and 
on-line help), or badger the application vendor not to use line drawing 
characters that only appear in one codepage and not the rest (the most common 
ones are the single-to-double corners and join characters, which only appear 
in code page 437).
This isn't a problem specific to OS/2 Warp.  It's just that unlike many DOS 
installation programs, OS/2 Warp actually defaults to code pages _other_ than 
code page 437 if you select countries other than the United State.
