    That message was not from me! My initials are RB, not CG
(Certifiable Goof?). I regret to advise that it was not me doing that
"babbling." Mr. Owen, I'm an NRA instructor and would never write
something like that. Besides, I'm in the 4th year of a Ph.D. program
and that is decidedly not my writing style. Sorry if there was any
