It's very nice to be back, and thanks for your thoughts. I have new thoughts
of legal responsibility because of experiences during my two weeks at the
hospital. I find it very interesting that some of those experiences relate to
our discussion of the hot coffee tort claim against McD's. The faucet in my
hospital shower had four settings: 1) cold; 2) cool; 3) warm; and 4) hot. The
"hot" setting was actually luke warm, and there was no possible way to burn
yourself. The coffee was also luke warm. I actually had to come home to get a
hot shower and a hot cup of coffee. Um?, I forgot about the luke warm or cool
food.
It's nice to be back.
