Internet Rex had stopped working in my Windows 10 VMs.  I have been playing
around with OS/2 and I haven't worked out all the kinks.  It did make me
ask a few questions about FD and static queues.... I don't need to fully
understand these to make things work with FD and OS/2.

I have network issues that I haven't been able to resolve with OS/2... I'm
working on the mail process first... and when I have a moment I'll tackel
the my networking issue.
