Learning is what it's all about. Getting home alive at end of shift is 
prioriyu one, but I note that SNIPING is a tactic used by some LEOS in 
a"denial" mode.friendly fire his indiginous to this field too, as well as it 
couldn't possibly happen at all, much less to me.
