In Sydney, you can go "1-456-02-xxxyyyy" to dial another Sydney number.
Ditto for Melbourne, with an 03 instead.  Nice secret, eh?  I started
doing that about a week ago.  You may need to have already selected
Optus as your carrier, I don't know.  BFN.  Paul.
