Please note that though ADSL technologies make use of existing copper wire
loops, they are _not_ the same thing as POTS. These are not dial-up
technologies, but rather point-to-point clinet/server protocols.
It works real well if your teleco is also your ISP, as ADSL technologies
require that server modems be located at the CO.
